Universal Ventures Rwanda’s Payment Details

We have 3 Methods of Payments as shown below:
1st Method: Cash Payment
This method is applied for last minute bookings, where a client has to pay in person either on arrival, or when his booking is confirmed by the time of the starting of the tour. We do accept cash payments in US dollars(USD), Euros(€), Pounds(£) and in local currency (Rwandan Francs/Rwf at the current exchange rate).
2nd Bank Payment / Wire Transfers
We accept Bank transfer payments on Universal Ventures Rwanda’s official Bank account. You will be required to pay bank charges depending on the bank institution you work with so we will receive the same amount as the quoted price.

Cards Payment
We do accept payments by card with an added fee of charges equals to 3% of the total amount to be paid. And this payment can be done via online and offline by POS.
