Tour Itinerary

Day1: half kigali city tour and transfer to Volcanoes.

Meet The guide and explore kigali city with it’ attractions includings ,   Kigali Genocide Memorial , local market and kigali car free zone , take  lunch in the city. depart to reach the Volcanoes National Park proceed for check inn at the hotel and enjoy one hour visit  ibyiwacu culture village to lean more about Rwandan culture. then head back to the hotel for overnight stay and relax.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Volcanoes national park

After an early morning breakfast leave the hotel to volcanoes headquarter for  briefing about your Gorilla trekking, The park is a home to 10 habituated gorilla families available for trekking. Also, Volcanoes park covers Rwanda’s share of the great Virunga massif bordering Virunga national park in Congo and Mgahinga gorilla national park in Uganda. spend a capo hours with these Incredibles mountains gorillas. then transfer to the hotel for evening stay.

Day 3: Golden monkey trekking and transfer back to kigali.

Today after breakfast, we transfer again to the briefing area but this time for golden monkey trekking. Golden monkeys are primates that reside in the Virunga regions of Uganda, Rwanda and DR Congo. The golden monkey are generally more active than the gorillas therefore making it an active tour. This requires that for great photos you will continuously follow them as they forage for food especially the delicious bamboo shoots. Sometimes they are seen getting into the surrounding gardens for potatoes. However to note is that they are generally not located too far so the trek to their habitat is much more manageable than some of the gorilla families.  Enjoy the trek and spend capo hours with them.

Once done take lunch  and hit the road back to Kigali for your droop off.
